I find Monopoly pretty dull plus everyone seems to play different rules and then it ends in an argument.

No mentions for Trivial Pursuit, Battleships, Cluedo or Guess Who yet. Shameful.
Do I sense loads of whoopings at Monopoly in your childhood LOG :)

Everywhere, all at once. Pretty neat, huh?
Is Ker-Plunk a board game? If not, Scrabble gets my vote.

Scrabble for me too. Managed to get "fanzine" and "foxy" in a game recently which won me the game. All thanks to Exeweb.

I find Monopoly pretty dull .................
Not in this house Lionel. I have some very competitive children who accuse me of being too competitive. Makes it difficult when I win and difficult to win in the first place as the feckers gang up on me. Tactical amalgamations etc.

Pretty much the same with Scrabble.

**Summons kids and reaches for the Monopoly box**

Mid to late 60's IIRC Mr Dozen.

Move round board collecting secrets and codes with a wireless contact man. Rather like Lionel's ACQ music question, not a wild success.
