A banning order is just not enough. Put them in shackles and parade them pitchside during halftime. That'll learn em.
If they dare to wear other teams kit then they should be condemned to Home Park with a season ticket in hand and made to watch that........ For life!!!!!!!

What about people who don't wear any club colours at all to games?

Don’t have a problem with no club colours, just other teams shirts at a city game.

Congratulations to those elected, and commiserations to those who weren't. As I said before it was a very strong field and all eight would IMO have served with distinction.

Good to see from Al Yates that he has already been approached about what he can still offer, I hope the other two have been too.

He says..........not intentionally singling your post out Jason, but merely using it to make my point - can someone explain to me what the point is of holding hustings, hosting threads with Q&A's and holding an election, if the three unsuccessful candidates are just going to be co-opted anyway?!

It makes the whole process a complete and utter farce IMO.

By all means speak to these people if you think they might have something to contribute, but seriously, why bother with elections if you're just going to involve them all anyway......

I presume the same people would expect the GE result to be ignored too and simply allow some of the MP's from the minority parties to be part of the cabinet?

Kind regards,

TheManFromDelMonte. (y)

There's no suggestion that Al or any of the other unsuccessful candidates are going to be co-opted, but if they have a specific skill set that could be utilised having demonstrated the willingness to give over their time, then why not utilise it?

I cant see why anyone should not be co-opted.
Jason - this suggests otherwise.......
