Merely commenting that his name has been mentioned so much over the last two or three days with even a mugshot posted of him at the game that everyone had a pretty good idea it was him.

Oh dear that’s Caldwell
For the record, Caldwell has just confirmed he wasn't at Saturday's game but watched it on TV, presumably via iFollow, from afar:
💬 FIRST INTERVIEW: Gary Caldwell on becoming Exeter City Manager | Exeter City Football Club - YouTube
Told you he had a much higher forehead! ;)

I wonder how long the long term contract is. We don't want to be in a position that we can't afford to get rid of needed, we have been there before.
The length of the contract is an irrelevance, its how much the pay off is that counts. Pardew for a 10 year deal at Newcastle - didnt get 10 years money when he left. The compo should probably a years money even if the contract is for three years

I guess now we know who he is we can close this thread? No point in having two running on the new manager.

You couldn't make it up...We are already talking about how much money we would have to payoff a manager who only started on the job this morning..

What we thinking then? I’d like to see a someone with a bit of a League 1 track record or an academy manager that has achieved success over a decent period of time (2/3 years)
