He’s captured all the goals there. Unreal from Brown. Jamal looked like he made some really good saves today also!

The win would help, but Caldwell is looking more relaxed with the interview tonight.

According to the BBC we had 3 shots on target. Clinical efficiency or what?:)
Interesting thought but just to be a bit controversial (taking nothing away from what was an excellent performance and a great win) how many shots did we have that were off target.

Their manager's view
Yet another manager who gives zero credit to the opposition for playing well.

Far away across the field
Yet another manager who gives zero credit to the opposition for playing well.
Yet Tis was derided when he said similar.

Loving the boy Stanno
Thought it was a game of two halves today. First half, vale pressed well and we struggled with it. We could get going at all and vale scored one and should have had one or two more really. We stayed in it and got a goal just before half time which the vale fans are convinced was offside. But the flag stayed down and we went into the break all square.

Second half we played much better and deservedly took the lead with a Jevani special, he really is a talent. We then should have scored more but a combination of the crossbar and last ditch defending kept our score at two. With a few minutes to go, Vale go up the other end and grab an unlikely and undeserved equaliser. But we don’t lie down! Up pops Archie with a weak-foot cracker and we’re in the hat for the next round.

Atmosphere was pretty good for only 200 of us, we have it a good go, even if NLM was a bit precious about the lyrics to some of the songs 🤣

Delighted for GC, so pleased he’s got his first win under his belt. You can see he’s trying to to get us to play more passing football, but he also makes good substitutions and we go long when we need to. He seems a manager more confident in his ability and his judgement than KMT did and he isn’t scared of making big calls.

Geddon city.

Collins is simply one of the best midfielders I've seen in 50 years of supporting City
Reminds me a lot of John Delve.

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.

not sure they were in the right place to judge if our first was offside or not.

well done city. Glad we played our full side . Money in the bank and potentially one more win from a windfall. Home tie for round two please.
