Just wait until a proper survey is now carried out! In the light of frequent land slips around and about of all kinds, IMO pooh and fan are words that come to mind no matter how small and trivial this seems. Maybe the kick start everyone (especially Exeter City Council) needs.
I really hope this draws more attention somehow to show just how poor the construction and deterioration of parts of our ground has become. The next one will be the OG burning down, collapsing or a major land slip between it and the BB. It's gonna happen sooner or later!!!
