Yes, 4, it was October 31 2022 wasn't it.
I remember it well, anyway thanks for the six points.
I'm off now won't be back til we're in the same league again. Oh just realised that means I won't ever be back.
Bye Greeks, good luck. 💚 💚
I bet your players were really pleased to hear you lot cheering for Wednesday. Great support lads. You really are a sad bunch. Did you see we won 3-1 today. Enjoy your evening, losers!!
I'll leave it with Niall Ennis' response to those half-wits in the corner when we scored against you. Niall...
You were suckered and Caldwell admitted it without realising it. He basically said Argyle didn't play as we expected them to. That, my Scottish big head, is what good sides and, more importantly, managers do. Schuey said Exeter played as we expected them to. Rope a doped!!
I live in Exeter and go to City when I can ( difficult this season, understandable). I have been watching city since 1990. I am an Argyle season ticket holder and many of my friends are City fans. Most of them are intelligent reasonable people.
Bye.
I rest my case and move on. The inbred comment is about as ironic as I've seen. Goodbye all. Shame about this [email protected] but we all have them.
All the best to the rest of you.
Billy, so you should be. As a fan how great would it be to turn over as many, if not all, of the top teams that you have yet to play. Why worry about us. Imagine going into next season having had such a great finish to this season. How much better would that be than a pre-occupation with us...
I may not be typical but I'm not obsessed with getting to the championship. It is quagmire where even the rich clubs can sink. The average championship debt is £11M. Huddersfield and Wigan are in serious trouble. Simon Hallet is a brilliant owner and the American backers have deep pockets but...
I sort of understand your wish for your local rivals to fail. It's a bit carp though wanting your own team to lose. What a saddo you have to be!
I think we may not make it. If all teams are on top form and have all players fit then I concede that probably Weds, Ipswich, Barnsley, Peterborough...
It's pretty close to profit cos the additional cost of 2000 more spectators is negligible. Also that doesn't account for what they spend on; programmes, food, drink, merchandise etc. In addition hospitality is sold out for the season. Plus additional money from Pizza cup.
Oops, sorry guys completely messed up here and showing up my total lack of rock band knowledge (cue matches your lack of football knowledge).
It is Woody of Bastille who is the Argyle fan.
I'm leaving here now. Good luck for the season.
Not banter, just answering your question.
If Hallett and/or the new consortium left we would be in the same position as you. We now generate our income from matches, retail, conference/hospitality, events ( sold out Muse concert ). Halletts money is not a loan or a liability on the balance...
As good as any team to visit so far this season. Fans better than any in terms of noise. As has been said a small swing the other way and you would have won. As far as I'm aware no real trouble apart from some evil chanting from a small group of thickoes. Most people seem to think it was a great...
Sturtz, possibly a mistake asking a reasonably intelligent question. Still, I'm sure Grecian Max doesn't get the irony of his postings.
I'll move on now.
Cheers decent City fans and good luck for the rest of the season. I'll be cheering for you against the Tractor Boys.
