Only 5 days until the derby. Fingers crossed Blackman and Diabate are good to play.

I know Argyle have a couple of injury concerns themselves with Finn Azaz and Mayor both doubtful. Hopefully they're both injured for some time. I was also hoping Schumacher might have left by now but no such luck.

Good feeling about this one. Won't be there but will be watching on the box. A late 2-1 victory and GC will be crowned King Gary 🤴

I would suggest anywhere but the Cherry Tree & Britannia unless you have some players as back up.
Safest thing to do is don't announce where you will be in public and stay in small groups booking taxis direct to the ground.

Trivia question (I don't know the answer, but somebody will!):

When was the last time ECFC played 2 consecutive league games in front of bigger (combined) crowds? Say, 50,000?

I'd guess some time in Division 3 (South), if ever.

After a quick trawl through the "Complete Record" book the best I could find:
09/10/1948 Walsall [h] 10,844
16/10/1948 Notts County [a] 37,647
TOTAL 48491

Have also had a trawl through "The Bible" and I will raise you -
27/3/1948 Norwich (A) 24,755
29/3/1948 Bournemouth (A) 24,000
TOTAL 48,755
Very few occasions over 40k though. :)

Only single games but some info here on the Grecian Archive - https://grecianarchive.exeter.ac.uk/items/show/5296

FA Cup highest combined total I can find is:-
Man Utd (A) 08/01/05 = 67,551
Man Utd (H) 19/01/05 = 9,033

= 76,584
