We were offered a DD reduction, and also thought about reclaiming some of our hard-earned credit, but with that supine waste of space of a "regulator" still determined to help the companies in the energy sector to further boost their already obscene profits by sending the so-called "cap" ever further northward felt it most prudent to hold the money in reserve. Let's face it, next summer's enegy bills are likely to still be higher than last winter's.I was on a DD which overpaid how much Bulb thought our energy usage would be. I was thinking about asking for some money back at Easter but Putin put paid to that, s I just let it ride. I now have a DD £60 a month less than before.
Kerchings all round (and doubtless a nice cosy little number as an "advisor" for Mr Brearley at one of the energy giants once he's done his "public service" stint at Ofgem)
