Deserved the win in the end as we settled down and then wore the Danes down. When you have players like Sterling, Grealish, Foden, Saka and Sancho running into the penalty area, you will get a fair few penalties. Ironically I thought the Kane one in normal time was more of a penalty.

I thought we’d shot ourselves in the foot when he took off the attacking Grealish for a defender Trippier , but thanks to the Danes tiring all was well in the end.Well done England onwards to Italy , who will be a tough nut to crack.

I thought the referee had an outstanding game tonight. I would like to have seen him make his decisions more clearly in the first half, with emphatic whistle and hand gestering, but I dont believe he got a decision wrong of note. I thought the penalty decison was correct, despite a few 'soft penalty' comments.

Comfortably mid-table
'6 of one - half a dozen of the other' free kick to them.
Soft penalty to us.
Sterling, once again, immense.
Southgate made the right calls.
England looked great in possession.
Best team won.
Matt Taylor would say 'look, there's more to come from these lads'.
