Alan Balls first league game as manager at WBA on the opening day of 91-92....Cracking goals from Cooper & Marshall...Shame about the defending!...We had another 6 put past us at Gay Meadow a couple of weeks later..Happy Days....

The first one was a right c*ck up.A clearance went in off a defender.That was after about 5 minutes & it was all downhill after that..

I was delighted to find this clip of Alan Tonge scoring for City in the 2-2 draw against Stockport County in 1993, as it was the first goal I ever saw scored by the mighty Grecians! I am guessing that Sir Alan himself or one of his kin must have uploaded it and quite right too.
