Thought I'd give this it's own thread, not entirely sure how reliable this article is, but it gives an idea of what we are up against wage wise in this league..

Some staggering pay packets in here..

This is just another lazy regurgitation of figures posted by: https://salarysport.com/football/
and has already been discussed on the League 1 thread at the end of December:

Anyone know if any of these are reliable?

Some odd ones stand out:

Sweens resigned from Swindon on £800 a week? Never
Jack Sparkes on over £2k a week - why would we do that?
Harper - whatever % we are paying makes him the biggest waste of money going

I don't really see how these websites would know for sure how much players earn. They probably aren't far off on most of them but any of us could probably have a stab at guessing a lot of them.

I do find it a bit tiresome when some of us repeatedly discuss the budgets of other clubs compared to us. We are a small fish in this pond and always will be, time we got over that and carried on.

I love the fact that we’re a small fish, I always preferred David to Goliath (although David had a huge advantage).

The only stupid thing about that page, is why are all the loan players in there?
