Least surprising sacking of the season so far, Frank Lampard leaves Everton.
Can the owner and board now review their own performance and sack themselves as well?

Otherwise they will preside over the newest and most expensive stadium in The Championship.

Or the biggest mothballed stadium in the Championship. The stadium is so far the only thing Moshiri has got right. It's looking like a fantastic, built for the fans, stadium. Appointing Dan Meiss as architect was key in that.

Everything else on the football side has been terrible. Why keep Bill on as Chairman after buying the club off of him? Make him Honorary President, appoint an CEO experienced in Football Business and a good Director of Football, some quality non-execs to over see and advise and let them get on with it. Don't listen to every agent going and interfere with signings, especially if the old owner and still Chairman Bill is interfering as well.

What chance has any manager (and Director of Football to be fair) got with that going on above them? That's not mentioning lack of strategy, **** poor communication and throwing the fans, who have stuck with the team through increasing thinness, under the bus.

As Alan Myers tweeted the other day, Lampard may not be the answer, but he definitely isn't the problem.

Twitter is saying that Bruce might be appointed. They would be better off keeping Lampard.

They wouldn’t. Lampard is Conference at best.

That would make Bruce no better than Northern Conference level.
