I’ve just been listening to a discussion about that on the radio.
They said one of the early runners to replace him is Shaun Maloney.
I think Gary Caldwell was his Assistant recently at Hibs and both he and Perks have strong Wigan connections
Surely he’ll want to remain in the box seat with us and in what is clearly the top job in League One, which is probably where Wigan will be next season anyway.

Maybe, Jones was so far out of his depth, Great at Luton, Crap at Stoke too, Sometimes a manager just fits into one club and in Jones case it's Luton but they're do OK without him so he'll have to live off his compo from Southampton for a while.
