Easy to forget we are still in the top half of the table!
But only 2 points ahead of 16th...

We need a new thread called 'pessimism'

Alternatively, you could just add the words 'is waining' to this thread title. ;)

Let's not mention pessimism, I prefer guarded optimism. Maybe we just have to accept the fact that we are inconsistent. We were never likely to make the playoff's and it was always going to be a bumpy ride this year. A couple of wins and it will all look very different (as long as they come pretty quickly of course)

Teams behind us with games in hand.

Just saying.

10th to 16th our likely range of final placing

I'd snap your hand off for 16th

We need 51 points before end of March - just check out April fixtures
Caldwell seems to have destroyed the team spirit and togetherness so we are dire to watch or even listen to on the radio.

I’ll go 18th but only because we put some space between us and the bottom four earlier on.

Does this look like a group of dispirited players to you?

There's a difference between playing poorly and a lack of team spirit and to suggest the players are disinterested because they're unhappy doesn't ring true.

Loving the free flowing entertaining football at S
I’m still not concerned we will get dragged into the relegation zone or dog fight but making the amount of changes we are every other week does suggest Caldwell hasn’t worked out his best 11 yet
