There were also two games in which we played without a No. 9 for the majority of the match.
No. 9 started both games!

Not being oversensitive but the mild experimentation in the City line up is wholley acceptable and indeed expected. Even the blessed Matt Taylor was capable of some radical changes at times, Caprice to left back was one.

We all know (all) know that see Key isn't striker, he needs to run 15 metres, beat two players before he actually thinks about where he is, Caldwell has to find out these things for himself, same with playing Brown at center forward.

What's important is that we stick behind our manager and give him time to settle in.

I really have no problem giving him time to settle in but conceding 4 goals a game is not acceptable. What on earth do they do all week on the training ground?

Very much like Ipswich just kept giving the ball back to them with misplaced passing all over the place and struggled to make any headway going forward and in attacking… the Caldwell honeymoon is over in my book.
