Registering as a player. Wonder if we will sign an experienced keeper or go with what we've got?

He's 36 but he did play for Port Vale last season. More than enough to age anyone.

Says to me a young keeper as number 1. Great to have an experienced GK coach again.

He said he has spoke to the two young goalkeepers this morning? Seems to me that those would be Jack Arthur and Harry Lee...

He mentions he met "both" the goalkeepers, does that mean Harry Lee has signed?

Also has he got Pate's hotline number?

Also (again) mention of his community work at Port Vale, does this mean he will be stepping into Jake's shoes on this front?

Why wouldn't he be first choice? Loads of experience and rarely misses a game.

The fact that the club have welcomed him to the 'coaching staff' would strongly suggest he ain't gonna be first choice.

True, much more expectation weighing on him at a significantly bigger club like Vale.
