When you said "sign by 14th June or goodbye" I assumed you meant withdraw the offer made to him.
No. The offer is no longer valid. Nothing to withdraw.

Isn't June usually quiet? At least the beginning. It's usually not until training begins again we begin to find stuff out. That's not to say stuff isn't being sorted out beforehand. Over to you @Agent Andy and Duke Roll.

Whatever happened to Isaac Vassell?
I recall it being mentioned on here last summer that he was training with us with a potential view to signing.
But that obviously never happened and I can’t see where else he went to play.
Perhaps he retired early due to injuries?
I heard somewhere that he was now at St Albans City ... but that may be wrong?

Wonder if Sweeney could convince his friend Sean Maguire down here. A drop to L1 might do him good.

Just seen he’s been released by Coventry. I’d be surprised if he got a Championship club as injuries seem to have ruined him at that level but he would probably offer a fair bit to a L1 club. Who knows, Sweeney may have a little word but the wages thing will come into play again, for sure.

About half way down on this morning’s Devon Live article, Caldwell says we’re close to completing a signing but won’t be done within the next 10 days due to holidays and a couple of other factors.

Let’s hope we can get someone in on a deal instead of being held over the barrel at the last minute then. Goalkeepers shouldn’t be the top earners in my book
Subjective as arguably Dawson was one of if not the main reason we went up and Blackman came in with "pedigree" despite being average so was always going to be on a decent wage.

So would you say that Jamal should be paid more than Sam or Jevani?
He shouldn't but if you base "pedigree" of a player before they sign they can command more of a fee and Jamal has arguably played more games at a higher level than Sam or Jev and I think this is a good bargaining chip on behalf of a player like Jamal,I personally think he was not worth his wage but as mentioned we got desperate and needed a keeper.

I have been informed from an untested source, quite literally a friend of a friend who allegedly knows someone who knows Archie Collins :ROFLMAO: , that Archie is off to Rotherham, and Key has interest from no fewer than 4 Championship clubs in West Brom, Preston, Swansea, and Blackburn.

Would be the only Championship contract Archie will be able to get so can see him jumping for MT there.
