recalled by parent club as not being played in the right position.

Shame that delivery of MT's birthday pressie to himself (admittedly from wrong side of Pennines) has been delayed.
Hope it works first time !

Ok, this has been up for 30 mins and no one has bitten, so I will. No disrespect, but you have been wrong in the past (some have suggested that you post stuff out of devilment with no knowledge at all). However, having had a look at his stats on Wiki he sounds like it would be a good signing if true. Did he play against us last week for Walsall and if he did, what did people who were there think of him? At 6ft 2 he is certainly different to Sam and Oz, so that fits with what Matt said.
Shows how slow I am at writing as Guz has posted twice in that time!

Oh dear I fell for it but looks like he replaced Wilkinson in the 77th minute v Walsall.

Has just signed a contract that will keep him at his parent club until 2025, so they must rate him.

Sounds like a fib as he is on season long loan with Walsall

B Team forward Kieran Phillips has signed a new long-term contract today, committing his future to Huddersfield Town until the summer of 2025!

The 21-year-old made 10 Sky Bet Championship substitute appearances for the Terriers in 2020/21 and is now furthering his senior experience through a season-long loan with Sky Bet League 2 side Walsall.

Having played most of his career as a striker, the majority of Kieran’s minutes for the Saddlers have come as a winger on the left and right of a front three so far this season. He’s made 30 appearances to date, scoring five goals – including this stunner against Salford City in October!

Back to the drawing board !

Hold the press - looks like he has just gone back to Huddersfield after they bought Devante Rodney in so it could still be on !

Walsall Football Club can today confirm that striker Kieran Phillips has been recalled by his parent club Huddersfield Town bringing an end to his loan spell.
Phillips, who joined the Saddlers from the Terriers back in July 2021, made 33 appearances for Matt Taylor’s side during his time in the West Midlands scoring five goals, all of which came at the Banks’s Stadium.
The Club would like to thank Kieran for his efforts during his time here and we wish him all the best for the future.

The Club would also like to thank Huddersfield for allowing Kieran to join us on loan and for all of their help throughout the season.
