In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
The Cemetery Hotel,Rochdale.

What a unusual name for a pub 😁 I remember seeing it a few times before & after games at Spotland in the past.A first visit yesterday.
A good selection of Ales(not sampled because I was driving 🙁)
Excellent simple food fare.Pie Chips & gravy.3 snug rooms, one with a real fire just to add to the northern pub ambience
Quite a few Grecians in attendance having a chat, inc the Exiles who are well known for sniffing out a good boozer.

Not one I've visited for a while but on I used to visit often on the return from away games when playing for Credit on was the Knowle Inn on the A39 between Puriton and Woolavington (North of Bridgwater). I heard this morning that it had serious fire overnight.

Oh no, I hadn’t heard about that today. I drive past that pub most weeks on my way between Bridgwater and Street/Glastonbury.
I don’t know it well but I have been in there.
The online version of the Bridgwater Mercury has a piece about the fire. It looks a serious one unfortunately.

As you will see from the picture, it has lost it's roof which would probably suggest it's gutted inside.:(
