Spain were a bit lucky to get through. Costa Rica at 2-1 would have had them wetting themselves.
Brilliant by Japan beating both Germany and Spain.

Oh the joys of modern technology. If you pause the programme when they're showing the incident so you can actually look closely yourself, as in get right up close to the TV ('you'll get square eyes sitting that close to the Tv young man 🤭 ) you can see the shadow of the ball overhanging the line. It isn't much but you can see it. Who cares anyway when you get all those lovely pictures of miserable Krauts feeling hard done by. The down side is it has put Spain into our side of the draw now.:unsure:

I can see a pixel of a shadow of the ball. GOAL!

The shadow is only relevant if the source of light is directly above the line, which it almost certainly isn’t 😳

Never mind eh Germany,lampards goal in 2010 was over the line but not given,so suck it up like we had to !
