I honestly don't think so. I know it's more fresh in the memory, but it wasn't a game of high importance...it was just a cracking team move, assist and finish!
It would be interesting to see if we had actually boycotted.
Two absolute tonkings did us no favours whatsoever as a club.
On the contrary, perhaps the win in the dead rubber at Swindon raised moral slightly.
Good luck to the first club that takes a stand against the direction this tournament...
Their defender/captain should be the one getting it in the ear for diving in like a goalkeeper in this day and age, but like so often in football, it's the ref that gets the abuse for making a brave (AND CORRECT) call in the last minute of the game.

I can't recall my first game but it would have been mid to late 90s on the old Big Bank.
Anyone remember Karaoke Dave (I think) handing out balloons to the kids on the front barrier? We would then proceed to hit the passing stewards on the head with them for the rest of the game...
That deal will take him to almost 26 years old. He just needs his agent to get him one more contract somewhere after that and he will have made a good career from, so far, only being a promising prospect at Hull City.

That is true...and from reading this thread and the other, it seems walking away is exactly what that fat cat in charge wants.
I was just wondering if there was a way of sticking it to him by creating a phoenix club (not Peter Kay's).
I know TUFC do not want to give up Plainmoor..and certainly not without a fight. But is there anything stopping a group of supporters right now, cutting loose and starting Torquay Reunited in a lowly district league?
It only takes a couple of hundred and a YouTube documentary to get things...
