Have the Prem finally realised that maybe sending their U21s to get beaten up away at places like Cambridge isn't doing them any favours so they need to start lower down the pyramid?

Forgive me if I don't remember Watford v Tranmere! Surprises more obvious examples weren't quoted...

Yep they quote league one and league two which contain 24 clubs each and the 72 in the national league but only 23 have put their name to it. And who knows what the Championship clubs want (another 24 clubs)

But at least it is something, next boycott the competition!
