Which is why I suggested something unrealistic and caveated it with 'if we want to stay at SJP'.

Realistically the only option is a new build in Cranbrook.
Or buy up Sandy Park on the cheap from the administrators when the Chiefs are liquidated ! 😎

Next windfall we get why not spend it on the away end. If we could increase the size and offer seats that means no wasted seats in the Doble due to segregation. Then home and away capacity is increased.

I would hope that a feasibility study into a Griffin Park style two tier away end has or is being considered. In fact it's the Trust AGM this Saturday and an ideal opportunity to raise this whole discussion

Not that it matters, but yes it is. Probably only a matter of time until it becomes a suburb of Exeter.

How about moving SJP to Bath Road, Bridgwater when the enormous accommodation campus that’s currently there for the Hinkley Point workers moves to Sizewell or wherever it’s going to next.
The obvious plus point is that I could walk to home games.

What about buying the Waterloo line, filling in the cutting and building on that?

It's the away attendance that let us down on the whole. How can we attract them to the end of the world?!
