Let's suppose (and I'm not saying this is true) that the club board have grown bored of the Trust, a lack of leadership, direction and financial backing for capital and day to day running. It wouldn't be unreasonable to suggest that being on the club...
Out of interest, why can it not just be about fun? For any supporter who goes it will remain long in the memory soon banishing memories such as defeats at Stockport or even a L1 > L2 relegation.
As long as it does not bankrupt us (or get close) then why should we not do something more exciting...
I agree with that. Would like a tour of some LOW teams perhaps...... or some organised tournament somewhere, akin to the one in North Devon the other year.
I don't see how not going on the tour would have solved the fitness item, one would assume the routine would have been the same regardless of location.
As for time, well the time is the same anyway and money, who paid for it?
In what way privileged? I didn't see the 3rd match, but the first two sides were quite handy, the first one in particular would have been L2/BSP standard and the second BSP/BSS. Both of which are higher than what would be proposed.
You will never really be able to value the worth or otherwise...
