The substitutions haven't helped. It's been a struggle for us to get going all evening and it hasn't down to what Derby have been doing. Most of it has been self inflicted.

They have literally done the job on us that we did at the weekend. Just being more clinical with finishing chances. But we haven't been terrible and made more chances than we gave away at the weekend.
