Griffin Park was pretty much the perfect away day!

I also met ******** that day- he was much nicer in real life.

One of my favourite away games that

Would never have thought they’d end up a Prem team

Drove up with Shabba that day. Thought I'd got a great parking spot outside the away end only to come out after and my car had become part of a police cordon.

Absolutely mental when we scored and I remember Logie having a few chances on the break near the end. Ten days after my daughters 1st birthday

I would echo that.
Despite our obvious political differences I always actually found him quite an urbane and decent type of fella whenever met him.
Just a shame he had bought such an angry model of keyboard.

Don't recall much about the game (although it appears I was paying attention)! I do recall the atmosphere on the terrace being superb.
Main memory is of drinking in the corner bars beforehand, & meeting up with Po*ltice & Mackster - were you there Sturtz? Po*ltice took it upon himself to beguile a full cohort of jamblets with a continous spiel of "anecdotes" told in "colourful" prose. I don't think I'd ever seen my kids so rapt 🤣

(the frequently banned one is now so completely non grata around these parts that his name gets asterisked out - sort it out Modalethorpes 😁)
Yeah, I was there, stood with Poults, Mackster and Southampton Grecian (Norman and his amazing 17' scarf). Mr P didn't like Jonesy and Norm jumped on him after the pen incident, thought there was going to be trouble but it was all smoothed over.
Went drinking with P after the match but he was rubbish!

Not 100% as I'm on my phone, but I do believe that could be me by the window past the chap in the red hat.
