Who would live in a house like this?
High tempo is good (although Marcus might disagree) and if we had the attacking players available, then it would be great to go for the throat. As we know from their defeat at Northwich, Charlton don't like it up 'em. Unfortunately, we don't have the players for that kind of game (no wingers, for instance, little genuine pace anywhere in the side, nobody who can run with the ball) except when the opposition let us play that way.

Play to your strengths has to be the watchword in this situation, anything else is a direct route into L2, probably for a few years. Of course, I don't have balls like Shaba's. :D

One season in L1 makes us no better than Torquay. There is a choice of Devon derbies for next season and its in our hands.

What, like we did at Tranmere ?

Being scaredy cats gets results like that.

Just like the old days...
and Goodison is an animal.
Indeed he is. He kicks Barry C in the chest, the ref sees it and gives him a yellow. I really detest referees when they then give a booking like the 2nd one JD got.

And the 26th is only the deadline Hartlepool have to reply to the charge. We won't hear for a couple of days yet...
