Interesting Caldwell view from Stephen Warnock towards the end of the last Under the Cosh podcast.

Warnock joined Wigan in May 2016. GC was sacked in October 2016.

Warnock spoke very highly of GC as did a previous player of his at Chesterfield on another podcast I heard a while ago

When you see that it's incredible Barnsley finished in the play-offs and Lincoln missed out.

Also, what is it with 8th place??

MT needs a couple of transfer windows. It took a season to turn us around and I have no doubt he'll do the same at Rovers.

SO for next season subject to change in ownership/manager if we can maintain our finishing form and others do the same we have a safe safety net of Shrewsbury, Cambridge Utd, Burton Albion, Brizzle Rovers, Charlton Athletic, Northampton Town, and Stevenage. Add into that Leyton Orient and one of the promoted sides and we should be good. What was Bridgy worried about?
