I would suggest his level is somewhere between City and Plymouth Parkway. Or, to put it another way, I would be very surprised if he spends the rest of the career at the level he is now.

Watched him twice for parkway this season and was terrible in both , subbed of early , just shows where our 18s are at the moment.
