The telling off he gave me the first season that we spent in the Conference when I was Club Chair will forever ring in my ears. 40 minutes hot sweet and strong about the iniquity of Stanley going under in 1962 owing under less that £100k, whilst we had managed to stay afloat with debts of over £4m. Agree wholeheartedly with Silver Fox.
