Must admit some disgruntlement about the (normally excellent) Guardian today and the paucity of coverage of the final.

Just a tiny little bit in the, aptly named, "In Brief" section which is basically an r-slicken piece about Curle and how his "homework" will (hopefully) serve to undo the mighty Exeter and inspire his plucky little "underdogs" to a famous victory.

In their defence (or OTHERWISE) it's not even written by a newspaper "staffer" but merely cribbed from PA Media.

Perhaps Big Al shuld henceforth start referring to the paper as the Northampton Guardian?! :mad:

(The only redeeming feature is that it does not appear to have been reproduced in their online offerings)
