Interesting to hear that GC mentions the boos at HT, and how they used it to come out 2nd half better....
Perhaps the crowd should be encouraged to boo more often then?

In Cheick’s defence, he was played quite a few hospital balls last night, and Vil (who’s usually pretty reliable) got himself into several muddles.

It’s no use drilling it into him from 5 yards away.

Maybe quite not that, but you could see a proverbial rocket had been shoved where the sun did not shine 2nd half

You are being generous with 5 yards...

There was one pass in front of the BB after the penalty which was 2-3 yards with posh' Number 17 stood between them

Harper has been fouled all season but seldom got the free kicks he deserved. For once last night he did.
For me, the difference is that in his early season performances Vinny was always looking for the foul and was not fooling anybody least of all the officials. It seems now that he is trying to stay on his feet and is getting the benefit of the decisions when he is brought to the ground.

Aimson was repeatedly giving Diabate suicide passes, think he did well to cope.

Not least when he raced out of his area but got nowhere near the ball. I suppose that’s why big clubs loan them out. Hopefully he’s learnt and won’t do that again!

After Aimson got turned inside out by Mason-Clark, loved how when Sweenz came on, he got right in his face and roughed him up with a bit of grade A s***housery. Exactly what was needed to put him off his game and was soon withdrawn.

Really feel for our defenders when they have the ball. They’re obviously instructed to try and play through the press but they get given zero options by our midfield. It was noticeable how well Collins and Randall pulled into pockets of space to receive the ball from their back three. The sending off definitely helped us find more space, especially for Harper down the left.

Great to get a win coming from behind to get that monkey off our back. We’re now only 3 points behind where we were at the same stage last season. Feels like teams down the bottom have more points than last season so think 51 will be needed rather than 50 this year. The league feels more even this season with no outstanding side like Ipswich but no complete basket case like Forest Green.

Yes, earlier in the season the Hartridge Aimson Sweeney combo very effectively invited the press and played the ball to Trevitt and Carroll at the last minute. It was in this context Diabate's return to the side was a remote prospect. We don't seem to be as good at this as Peterborough are and we once were....
