How much money have Pompey got?? I hope we only accept something ridiculous. Would be gutted to lose him now.

He should want to move up a divsion
I'm sure he does, but if Portsmouth offer a 3 year deal on good money it will be hard for him to decline.

Plus he's nearer home

It’s irrelevant if we reject a bid for him. Unless he’s got a release clause I expect us to price Pompey out of a move.

Portsmouth are apparently keen to sign Jevani Brown.
Them and I would imagine at least ten other clubs!!!! Personally, unless the offer for Jevani is stupendous (not sure that would describe Pompey) and I was his agent I would be telling him to stay put and rack up more goals and assists and wait for the avalanche of offers in the summer

What would you take for Jevani today, remembering that we lose him for free in the summer?

I say accept half a million, but turn down 250k.

He is irreplaceable but like you said, he is walking out the door for free in the summer.

I think it depends on how you view our chances of play offs this season. If the club really think we can challenge for promotion we need to be keeping him. I don't think we have a cat in hells chance of getting into the play offs so for me I say cash in (500k+) and use the money for the rebuild in the summer. We should comfortably survive regardless - we need 12 points from our remaining games to reach the magic 50.

So the excitement is starting to simmer, with rumours out bound, no real rumours in bound......yet. Agent Andy is conspicuous by his silence, could well be working, bearing in mind his title!

I anticipate Key to go bearing in mid his "injury" on Saturday
Lee to go out on loan
Jokul in to challenge Jamal
Maybe one of Nombe or Brown preferably Brown in view of his contract expiring but only for a considerable undisclosed fee
As well as Jokull coming in I would anticipate a couple permanent signings one to replace Key and a striker, maybe even a third signing on top. So potentially a busy day with only 13 hours left

P.S. For those drawing a huge sigh of relief at 11 when the window closes could I refer you to the last window when an announcement was made the next day ;)

I think that's probably about right. He's absolutely worth a lot more than that, but we have to generate cash by selling players to be able to prop up future playing budgets.
