Happy for him that he gets to end his city career on 100 appearances. Hope he gets the chance to shine in a team that suits him

Great lad but technically not up to L1 unfortunately. L2/NL beckons.
More like another L1 team up the M5.

Harry Kite and Will Dean in the u21's, one of my favourite midfield pairings 🙂

He’s been an excellent pro but never really cemented his place longterm. Hope he does well wherever he ends up and definitely a very good player for someone to pick up.

Always been a big fan of Kitey and would have liked to keep him. Not many clubs have academy players that stick around their entire career, with most leaving before they make first team appearances so we've been lucky with the glut we've had in Collins, Key, Hartridge, Kite, etc.

As with goalkeepers, we have no 'first team*' CMs** penned in for next year with Woods, Carroll, and Kite not here so adds to the shopping list...

*I'm not counting Richards, Borges etc not first team...
**I'm counting Cole as one of the more attacking 10s

Gives me no pleasure to say it, but the likes of Kitey moving on is indicative of City endeavouring to upgrade the playing squad to proper league one level.
Good luck ‘H’!

GC suggesting he'll get a run-out at SJP too.
So close to scoring at Port Vale today.
Be great if he can finish off his time here with a Harry Kite special at home.

Strong possibility may even be reunited with Alex.

Has been explicitly stated what has happened contractually (as it was with Alex). Not offered a new contract or didn't want one?
