Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
Can anyone share any information on when/if we might see some of our injured players back please?

As far as I am aware Mitchell is likely out for the season and Trevitt also long term so maybe not see him either. Presuming that Muskwe is also long term.

Apart from that not sure how far away Wildshutt, Watts, Harper and Fitzwater are. Don’t think there is anyone else.

Hopefully we will soon see two or three new faces at least alongside one or two of those named above.

My concern is that the players currently fit and having to play pretty much every match and therefore likely to pick up some injury/suspension and we will need scope for rotation along with a cutting edge up front to ensure we have a fighting chance of picking up enough points.

Maybe an injury summary news item by the club with expected end dates would be good. Though I’m not sure any club ever does this, especially heading into a transfer window…

Players not involved last night excluding the youth:

Woods, Lee, Fitzwater, Mitchell, Harper, Trevitt, Watts, Wildschut, Muskwe.

Presumably only Lee was ‘tactical’? 8 out injured, one season ending and one potentially, is pretty unlucky. Even a couple of the kids have had bad injuries too in King and Billington.

I assume these injuries are also causing/have caused chaos with the Jan window planning.

Wildschut the only one GC mentioned last night as being near to returning to the team.

Slight hamstring tightness and will be back for the Carlisle game.

Everyone else was deemed as “long term”.
