I have heard we have made a. Move to take Sunderland’s Jobe Bellingham on loan for the season.
They see him as a long term project and want minutes for him and following the successful handling of Stansfield are interested in us taking him due to the pressures around being Jude’s brother.
Initial talks ongoing at present…

wait for the abuse I will now get but passing on what I’ve been told…

He played a number of Championship games last season for Birmingham, it would be a drop down for him.

Brother of Jude, if anyone is wondering.

If genuinely credible would be an absolutely amazing statement from the club
👍

Just can't see it due to wages, and the fact he's played Championship games already, will probably get games for Sunderland to be honest.

We wouldn’t pick up all his wage bill. We would only be paying a % which could be within our budget?

Could it be part of a deal, if Key ended up at Sunderland?

Would it? You must have seen a lot of him then? Is he any good? Or are you assuming that he is because of his brother?

We have no control over where Key will end up once his contract expires in 10 days or so.

Saw a few games last season for the Brum he's got an experienced head on his shoulders for such a young player and you think the media would be all over it if we got him on loan "the club that develops young players into stars" I think it would attract a whole lot of good publicity as well as him being a tidy player,to which as a club we'd give him game time and help him develop his game on the way we are as a club.

That and he made his first official start not from the bench last season against Sunderland so they must have seen something in him then to warrant a transfer 👍
