i had him down as a mabey for our next manager, so gutted he's gone, wish him all the best. He was named as responsible for finding alot of the talent that we have on trial at the moment, along with people like watson, and i think he had a hand in fleetwoods loan aswell.

Seems like he may have been slightly helped in his descidion by Tilson arriving in a role which seemed to be the same as his. Forced out of the club?

Surprised but not overly surprised, if that makes sense ! Sad though, always thought he complemented Tis well. Also seemed to have many useful contacts around the London area which we were/are beginning to make use of.

Oh well, onwards and upwards I suppose.

A real shame, but if it is for the reasons he states then fair play to him and we should respect his decision. I am sure he will find employment nearer home.
