What a terrible event - it should be remembered that the Police often arrest people involved in a fatal accident so they can question them. It doesn't mean necessarily mean they actually were driving dangerously.

It is definitely him who was involved in the accident and has been arrested. However as I said in my previous post it could be simply procedural. My thoughts with the family and if McCormick was not driving dangerously him as well.
