Got some promotions under his belt, and no relegations I don't think ?, so the real question is why he never gets big jobs ?, which suggests he possibly isn't a "Top bloke"........I had the pleasure of sitting next to him in Browns in Mayfair a few years ago (he was managing Southend at the time I think), and had some pretty good banter with him ala City / Argyle, and he was good value, gave as good as he got, quite a laugh that day, He took great pleasure in discussing Jamie Mackie.....you lot shouldn't have kicked him upstairs, glad you did though, as downhill for you lot thereafter
