Just been listening to a selection of the PM's radio appearances this morning.

Truss is an absolute joke.

Trouble for her is that no-one is laughing...

To be fair she has managed to achieve one hitherto unthinkable thing so far during her time in office.
Make SKS sound charismatic!
And that faux Yorkshireish accent she was affecting. Explains where she's been during the last few days. Not hiding, or missing in action, but binge watching Emmerdale. No doubt, as we near the next election, her minders will have her dropping a few "ecky fump"s and "eeh bah gum"s into the speeches as well to try and reconnect with the "Red Wall" demographic.

Plus, what is it with Eton. You'd think that, with those stratospheric fees, they could have turned out alumni a little less dense the Camoron, Johnson, Mogg and (now) Kwarteng.

This person is PM ffs. Johnson might have said this as a deliberate lie, but I don't think Truss is that bright...

Wouldn't be surprised if next week's Conference is cancelled

Calamity Truss strikes again! :(
Liz Truss’ media round reverses progress of Bank of England’s intervention, as gilt prices and shares tumble (msn.com)
And that hard had she is affecting to wear in the photo. Isn't the "-eley" bit at the end superfluous considering how apt the first four letters are?

OMFG. I defy even the "terrible Tory twosome" to defend this "performance".
Polly Parrott only had one line...and she couldn't make that convincing.

Seriously. Should that cranial vacuum be allowed to continue ruining the country for a moment longer?

Not all the Great Unwashed have mortgages.
No, quite a few would have had the hope of getting one though that now seems a bit further away.

But if that many people can't get one and buy a house, demand goes down and therefore so do house prices. Every cloud....
