Every game, all season, whenever it goes wrong. The club do regularly feed back to Perform about their perform-ance but I can't help feeling it falls on deaf ears. If we can make them fed up with us, maybe they'll finally sort it out.

A few lines about it not being acceptable should do it. You may wish to threaten to leave the service, although I didn't say that.

*Not at the request of the club, merely someone who is fed up with putting effort into the Player service for all these c*ck ups to ruin it.
