Know little about the player but he appears to have played plenty of games at this level or above

I had just posted this on the GC Transfer thread

I recall being hugely impressed by him back in November 2014 when he played for Shrewsbury. Their fans called him the ginger Pirio. This is what I posted after the game on a thread about the best opponents players seen at SJP in the season. Not sure he has fulfilled his full potential.

It is always possible a particular player has a blinder or a mare on the day but let us go on what we see.

I don't think I have seen anyone more impressive than Ryan Woods (4) for Shrews yesterday.

Quick, combative, some incisive passes and put in one hell of a shift.

A bit in the same mould as Scott Parker.
