What strikes me most is the dearth of strikers in the past 20 years until Stockley turned up. Strange or easy to explain? More goals spread around? No one staying long enough?

Don't worry, I'm sure including Stockley has confused some (only included him as an active player who had over 30 goals). Interestingly, not including tonights game, Stockley's goal to game ratio is 4th best of all time, which is even more impressive when you see the lack of players present from the more recent history!

That Fred Whitlow chap was a bit of a boy according to those stats :), I wonder if there are any Exewebbers who remember seeing him play 80 odd years ago ?
