Ha, there have been a couple of these over the years - particularly the South African "Comrades marathon" (I think it's called - some ultra-long race anyway) where one contestant managed to completely change his appearance mid-race...

I received a call on my mobile from a local landline number. A lady with a German accent was trying to ring her husband but misdialled . I recognised her voice as someone who worked in the village shop and whilst in there asked her about the call and yes, it was her.

The chances of misdialling a mobile number and speaking to someone you actually know must be astronomical.
