I would expect it too mate. But I have seen this 2-3 times before.

I appreciate time spent on working at it, but it seemed OK to me. A two sided letter with the main points bulleted in effect. Get too long and no one would read. Let's not get too worked up on semantics. It is trying to get the trust to reconfirm itself. Seemed fine therefore to me.

It perhaps could have been an option to post the wider document created online, so in effect you have the synopsis in the main communique and a link to the wider draft for those who are interested.
