Why isn't the Trust more proactive on ground redevelopment?

Hopefully, it will be something to help secure City's future. I'm with RW above in that capital needs to be used for future revenue streams.

But we shall see. Expect nothing and then you maybe pleasantly surprised....!
Didn't meant it was David's fault, more that there always seems to be news around the corner that never turns into anything.

well it would be nice to hear that we have made an offer to buy the ground and its been excepted :)
Personally, I hope it would be nice to hear that in has been accepted. But, I know what you meant ethos.

Whilst it would make a change to actually hear something worthwhile about redevelopment, I'm completely with Snakebite. Absolutely fed up with the drip, drip, drip of little promises that something will be revealed which always turn out to be bull manure.
Agree. These bull**** "i know something that you don't but i can't tell you but sometime in the future you will know" posts are cringeworthy. If u really know something, say it. If you don't, shut the ****** up. Thank you
