Don't think they've decided whether to move it or detonate in situ as yet. So isn't he being a bit previous here?

Today's photo of excavations made by Army EOD (same unit that exploded the Exe Uni bomb) showing how difficult it is to get screening in to lessen damage to surrounding terraced houses - looks like they are X raying it.
I understand it is half the size of the Exe Uni one but housing is a lot closer.

Word on the street is that trying to move it is not an option as whichever route it takes will mean evacuation along populated routes - they already have loads of sandbags on-site.
