James Vince has come into form, and I see he's now the top scorer in T20.
He passed Luke Wright’s total on Wednesday night in a losing battle against Sorry.

Just seen the highlights of his demolition of Essex last night. Awesome batting and not many baseball hits.

I was musing earlier whilst watching the test match about the various types of dismissals possible in cricket.
I had to look them up in the end to be sure.
There are 10 of them.
Anyone fancy having a guess what they are, without needing to cheat like I did?

Plus 4 obscure ones that only cricket fans will get.

Very good.
I wasn’t familiar with retired out, but it’s apparently when a batter goes off without the umpire’s permission i.e. for a reason deemed insufficient. But I don’t imagine that happens very often.
I thought handled the ball may trip some people up but from what I read that was incorporated into obstructing the field in 2017.

I think Graham Gooch was out that way once.

Interesting question on the cricinfo site: "Which test captains had the greatest effect on their teams' fortunes ?"

On personal performance, maybe Gary Sobers, who was a bleddy nuisance in 1966 - or Allan Border, who propped up the Aussie team for years and got them winning.

I've been out in five of those ways in my time, and I got away with obstructing the field once or twice. :)

I reckon you avoided the Hit Wicket then ?
