Hit it well enough too. Nice, powerful shot. Shame about being off target, but at least the lad had a go, and it wasn't a powderpuff into the keepers arms.

Aye, made it half way up the Big Bank as well.

Was a tad ambitious from that angle, but you can't blame the lad, not much to lose at that stage. I just like the fact he roughs up the defenders, clearly taken a leaf out of the Adam Stansfield and Steve Flack school of striking!

Agreed, if you in turn agree that for it to be 'at goal' then the goal would need to have been half way up the Bank and out towards the end of Stadium Way.
