They were clinging to fences and up on roofs and all sorts....
You sure that you aren't getting mixed up with the monkey enclosure at Longleat? :S

Surely you'll be in the championship by then?
Well spotted. Of course we will.

But the Turkeys and the Scrummers both have the consolation, at least, that they've got a more realistic chance of reaching the Premier League at the end of the season than we have. <titter>

We all thought you loved being in that League, you spent enough time there

We were merely biding our time for the right moment to leave.....as subsequent events have conclusively proved. FACT!!

(Still) LEAGUE ONE* and laughing.

Remind me btw. How long EXACTLY did you (or your beloved Scummer pals) manage to survive at this level during your last visits here? <titter>

No one knows what the exact figure was because so many were locked out. They were clinging to fences and up on roofs and all sorts.

Last game of the season and whoever lost would be relegated and for some bizarre reason Barnet FC decided not to make it all-ticket...
Beachy, you are such a wag, you threw this out there knowing you had no basis for making the statement, it was a pure guess probably based on anecdotal evidence. Could have been 4,000, more likely to have been around the 1100 we regularly took there for Conference and fourth division games which were in no way special, well no more special than any other City game, so in fact pretty special.

I'll remind you of one thing that means TUFC are the REAL PRIDE of Devon, we've always paid our bills and are the only Devonshire League Club not to go into administration, FACT ;)

Very true.

Do you think we'll get the Home end at Plainmoor this season like usual? ;)

Fair comment - but small correction for potentials.

Credit for surviving all this time though - on SUB 3000 gates too :$ Proof, yet again, that football can be a bit of a lottery, eh?
